📍Hombolo, Dodoma: Towards the New Year 2026, the Rural Energy Agency (REA), has touched Tanzanians with various needs by extending a hand of comfort and wishing them a happy New Year.
The exercise to provide needs to the disabled was led by Ms. Judith Abdalah on behalf of the Director General of REA, engineer Hassan Saidy, where REA has provided various needs to the Leprosy Disabled Group in Hombolo Ward in Dodoma.
Presenting REA’s greetings, Ms. Abdalah urged the Leprosy disabled to live in love and peace and emphasized that REA will continue to support them by providing them with various needs so that they can grow economically and socially.
Similarly, the Chairman of the REA Branch Workers’ Association (TUGHE), Mr. Swalehe Kibwana said that the exercise of reaching out and helping various needy people is continuous and REA will continue to provide their needs especially for leprosy patients in Hombolo.
The Chairperson of the Women and Samia Group in Dodoma Region, Mrs. Fatuma Madudu, has thanked REA for reaching Hombolo and helping leprosy patients in that area by providing them with various needs.
The Secretary of the Hombolo Disabled People, has urged various stakeholders to come forward to support leprosy patients and provide them with various needs including food so that they too can enjoy the celebration of welcoming the New Year 2026.
