The Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) management under the leadership of the Authority’s Commissioner General, Mr. Yusuph Juma Mwenda has bid farewell to the former Director of Taxpayer Education and Communications, Mr. Richard Kayombo, who has been appointed as the Coastal Regional Administrative Secretary.
Speaking during the TRA Management meeting held on September 01, 2026 in Dar es Salaam, which they used to bid farewell to the Commissioner General, he said the opportunity he has received, Mr. Kayombo is great and wished him success in his service as the Coastal Regional Administrative Secretary.
TRA Deputy Commissioner General, Mr. Mcha Hassan Mcha said Mr. Kayombo will be a good TRA Ambassador wherever he goes.
For his part, Mr. Richard Kayombo thanked the Management and all TRA employees for the cooperation they provided him during his time at work and explained that many of the things he accomplished while at TRA were due to the cooperation of everyone he worked with.
