Human Resources Officers of the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) have been asked to continue working with great professionalism to increase the quality of services provided to taxpayers in the country.
The call was made by the Director of the Human Resources Management and Administration Department of TRA, Mr. Moshi Kabengwe during a working session of the Department’s staff held on May 8, 2026 in Dar es Salaam.
Mr. Kabengwe said that every officer is required to carry out his duties on time, based on work ethics and accountability to increase productivity in the provision of services to citizens and taxpayers.
He stressed the importance of cooperation among employees as well as the use of creativity in solving various challenges that arise in the work environment.
He said human resources officers play an important role in building an institution with accountability, efficiency and success through good management of employees and the implementation of duties professionally.
