Executive Director of the Center for Partnerships between the Public Sector and the Private Sector (PPPC) Mr. David Kafulila has urged the youth to participate in development activities through cooperation between the public sector and the private sector.
Mr. Kafulila said this on June 27, 2026, while giving an economic lecture to the students of Mzumbe University in Morogoro region, which aimed to create awareness about the concept of partnership and its contribution to the development of the national economy.
He has asked the students of the college to invest their knowledge in productive activities instead of relying only on theory.
Kafulila said that the partnership between the public and private sector (PPP) is an important tool to stimulate investment, improve service delivery and accelerate economic development in the country.
