Coast: TARURA Head of Communications and Public Relations Ms. Catherine Sungura on November 27, 2025 graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Communication at the Open University of Tanzania (OUT) in the 44th Graduation Ceremony held in Kibaha, Coast Region.
Speaking to journalists, Ms. Sungura said the degree is a step expected to increase professionalism in institutional information management, strengthen the provision of information to citizens as well as develop collaboration with stakeholders to improve the image of TARURA in the implementation of its responsibilities in the country.
