The President of Zanzibar and Chairman of the Revolutionary Council, Alhaj. Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi, has joined the Muslim faithful in the Friday Prayer Service offered at the Jamiu Zinjibar Mosque, West Urban Region today, July 31, 2026.
After the Friday Prayer, President Dr. Mwinyi participated in the Funeral Prayer for the late Sheikh Abdullah Hamid Suleiman, who was a preacher in various mosques in Zanzibar, offered at the Jamiu Zinjibar Mosque.
The late Sheikh Abdullah Hamid Suleiman, passed away on July 31, 2026, and was buried in his village, Muungoni, Makunduchi, South Unguja Region.
