Discipline and responsibility are the secret to winning in sports

Njombe: The Assistant Director of Administration (ADA) from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism, Ms. Vailet Mlinga has called on the Natural Resources and Tourism Team participating in the May Day Games to ensure that it maintains Discipline, Ethics and responsibility as they are the basis for winning in sports.

Ms. Mlinga said this, at a meeting with athletes of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism participating in the May Day Games in Njombe Region with the aim of seeing how the Ministry is participating in the May Day Games 2026.

She has congratulated all athletes for putting in one effort and putting in hard work in sports and ensuring that they have reached the quarterfinals, semifinals in various sports and congratulated the men’s rope team for reaching the semifinals.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism in the May Day Games was represented by the games of Hoops, Football, Rope for women and men, Darts, Athletics, Bao, and other traditional sports.

He has promised to work on all the challenges that arose throughout the May 1st competition and provide solutions.
