CCM National Executive Committee Member and Prime Minister Kassim Majaliwa has said that the Revolutionary Party (CCM) is running for the best and strongest candidates who have the ability to continue to bring development to the country.
He said that the line is led by CCM Presidential candidate, Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan whose term is ending has done many great things that have benefited and touched the daily lives of Tanzanians.
He said this on September 14, 2025 during the Launch of the Lindi Urban Constituency Parliamentary Campaigns held at the Mnazi Mmoja Primary School grounds in Lindi region.
“President, Dr. Samia has done a great job in the country including in our Lindi region, we cannot achieve success if we cannot have continuity in leadership, this President has brought funds for projects, there is a need to extend his term so that he can continue what he started, how do we leave President Dr. Samia?, why leave him?” questioned Mr. Majaliwa
He said Tanzanians have no reason to doubt the President, Dr. Samia due to the great work he has done during his short term in the education, health, agriculture, and infrastructure sectors.
“This manifesto has added other good things for Lindi people, do not make mistakes on October 29 this year”, he said
Praying for the parliamentary candidate for the constituency, Mr. Mohamed Utaly, Mr. Majaliwa said, Mr. Utaly is a strong candidate who has proven this on different occasions, so giving him his approval will enable the constituency to continue to rise in terms of development.
