Dar es Salaam Regional Commission, Mr. Albert Chalamila has made a visit to the fast -moving Dart Bus Station in Kimara Last Ubungo District and called on the Authority Managing Udart Buses to improve their services to end the travelers.
Speaking during the visit, Mr. Chalamila said he was dissatisfied with the fast -moving bus service due to the limited buses which has been contributing to poor service and causing users of the transport in violation of President Dr. Samia to want to improve travel service in Dar es Salaam so he has called on Udart to improve the service.
Mr. Chalamila has visited the expansion of Ubungo Kimara Road under TANROAD where he has asked the authority to oversee the contractor to finish the construction on time and has also advised the presence of toilets in major facilities including Kimara.

The Regional Commissioner, Mr. Albert Chalamila has visited the Authority to oversee the construction of Mwendokasi Dart Roads in Ubungo Water in the city and outline the Government’s strategies under the President, Dr Samia ends the movement challenge where for the Kimara project they have found a new investor called Trans Dar while on the road to Mbagala they have found an investor named Mophat who are expected to enter their vehicles soon.
DART’s chief executive, Dr Othman Kiamia has pledged to address the current challenges to eliminate the nuisance of citizens including managing adequate and quality buses to meet the need for such a transport service.
