Nurses at Muhimbili National Hospital Mloganzila have been asked to provide quality services that focus on the needs of the patients they serve.
The call was made by the Assistant Director of Nursing and Midwifery Services at Muhimbili National Hospital -Mloganzila, Dr. Debora Bukuku during a special session to assess the status of service delivery for a period of one year from July 2024 to June 2025.
She said the hospital’s strategic plan is to see it recognized internationally due to the services it provides, so nurses are part of achieving these goals.
“The quality of service depends on accountability and solving challenges that arise and providing timely feedback. We should also continue to help and cooperate when we see that our colleague has failed to solve something with his or her own ability”, said Dr. Debora
Assistant Director of Human Resources and Administration MNH-Mloganzila, Mr. Abdallah Kiwanga said one of the hospital’s priorities is to improve the welfare of staff. If their welfare is improved, it will contribute to work morale and patients will be served well, which will continue to stimulate the improvement of services at the hospital.
