Minister of Health Mr. Mohamed Mchengerwa has arrived in Algiers, Algeria to participate in the African Ministerial Conference on the Production of Medicines and Health Technologies in Africa.
Upon his arrival at Houari Boumedien International Airport on November 26, 2025, Mr. Mchengerwa was received by his Host, the Minister of Health of Algeria, Mr. Muhammed Seddik Ait Messaoudene who was accompanied by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Pharmaceutical Industries, Mr. Dehane Khaled.
Also present at the reception was the Ambassador of Tanzania to Algeria, Mr. Iman Njalikai.
The conference to be held in Algiers. from 27 to 29 November 2025 is organized in collaboration between the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria and the World Health Organization (WHO).
