The Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Minerals, Engineer Yahya Samamba, has visited the Mining Commission Pavilion at the Eighth National Mining Technology Exhibition underway at the Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan Fields, Bombambili, Geita Municipality.
During the visit, Engineer Samamba was accompanied by the Deputy Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Minerals, Msafiri Mbibo, as well as senior leaders of the Mining Commission led by the Commission Chairperson, Dr. Janet Lekashingo, as well as Commission Commissioners, Engineer Theonestina Mwasha and Dr. Theresia Numbi.
The visit aimed to review and experience various innovations and technologies used in the mining sector, while the Mining Commission continues to educate citizens and stakeholders about their opportunities and responsibilities in the development of the sector.
