DODOMA: The Samia Infrastructure Bond Infrastructure is going to eliminate the timely incomplete challenge for the construction and maintenance of roads due to delays in contractors.
This was stated by the Acting Head of the Rural and Urban Road Communications Unit (TARURA), Ms. Catherine Sungura while responding to a question at a meeting of regional information officers, councils and institutions of the President-PMO-RALG which takes place for two days in Dodoma.
She said in the bond, Tarura in partnership with CRDB Bank has successfully collected 323 billion which will be used to lend to indigenous contractors so that they can complete the construction and maintenance of road infrastructure on time.
