The President of Finland, Mr. Alexander Stubb, on May 16, 2025, as part of his visit to the country, visited the Machinga Complex Ilala Market in Dar es Salaam to see the production of various products produced by women who are sponsored by UN-Women.
Upon arriving at the area, he was received by the Dar es Salaam Regional Commissioner, Mr. Albert Chalamila, the Minister for Community Development, Gender, Women and Special Groups, Dr. Dorothy Gwajima, as well as various other government leaders.
Mr. Alexander Stubb had the opportunity to see various products of women entrepreneurs and first expressed his gratitude for the good work they are doing and the generosity of Tanzanians in general.
