The Regional Commissioner of Dar es Salaam, Mr. Albert Chalamila on May 13, 2025 has led mourners to bid farewell to the body of the former Director of Communications at the State House and Chief Spokesperson of the Government of Zanzibar, the late Charles Hilary in Dar es Salaam.
Mr. Chalamila during the funeral service for the late Charles Hilary at the St. Batholomayo Anglican Church, Ubungo Diocese has led a special gathering for the completion of the construction of the Church as a donation but also to honor the deceased because during his life he was a very dedicated person in the church.
Charles Hilary’s body has been bid farewell to by Government Leaders, Ambassadors, various Institutions, representatives from the media and other prominent people.
Finally, Charles Hilary’s body is expected to be transported to Zanzibar for burial on May 14,2025.
