The President of the United Republic of Tanzania, Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan has appointed Ubungo District Commissioner, Mr. Lazaro Twange as Director of Tanesco.
A letter issued yesterday by the Director of Communications, State House, Mrs. Sharifa Nyanga said the President, Dr. Samia has made transfers and appointments of various leaders which has led to Mr. Twange being appointed as Director of Tanesco.
Muhimbili Hospital has been a blessing to him as on May 05, 2025, Mr. Twange visited the hospital with the aim of introducing himself and getting to know various practitioners in the hospital and planning strategies on how to collaborate together so that they can work effectively, Ubungo District Commissioner visits Mloganzila Hospital.
Meanwhile, the Board of Directors, Management and all employees of Tanesco have congratulated Mr. Twange on his appointment by the President of the United Republic of Tanzania as the Executive Director of the Tanzania Electricity Corporation [Tanesco] and have promised to cooperate with him in the implementation of his responsibilities.
